BMP Engineering P/L was established in 1993 by Marijan Peric as a ‘hands on’ Tool Maker, assisted by his wife supporting in administration duties. The humble start was made from the backyard workshop of their home. Firm determination and dedication of Marijan, who is currently the Managing Director, to excel in customer service and product quality, the company gradually expanded through word of mouth and recommendations from existing customers to potential new customers.

To meet the company’s growth, customer needs and convenience, BMP Engineering moved to the premises at 50 Barrie Road Tullamarine in 1999. Further, to accommodate expansion of its capabilities and to meet the security needs of its Defence customers, BMP Engineering moved to its current and larger premises at 11 Carmen Street, Truganina in May 2022.

BMP Engineering has always prided itself in providing quality workmanship and high levels of customer service and has been able to achieve its growth through these principles. Certification to AS/NZS ISO 9001:2000 Quality Management System standard was achieved in early 2004. As the company continued to grow and manufacture more complex and higher value components it also achieved certification to Aerospace Standards AS9100 to support customers in the Aerospace and Defence industries.
